standing on the shoulders of giants…
The church isn’t the building, it’s the people. And our church is all about the people. The one remark that visitors consistently make after a visit to Waldringfield Baptist Church is, “it’s warm and welcoming”. And that’s a great encouragement, as our goal is to show the love of Christ as a fellowship, to all who set foot across the threshold.
Over the years, the church has seen great times of blessing, and in recent times has grown exponentially to a thriving, active, family orientated place of worship. Our church leadership team play a pivotal role in the upkeep of the church and it’s outreaches, as well as it’s spiritual direction and vision.

Andrew works in the pension sector and so is amazingly patient and thorough as you can imagine! He is a family man and in his spare time enjoys amateur photography. He is a husband and a father and can be contacted through our website.
Peter has been a deacon at WBC for many years. When he’s not at church he can be found decorating, gardening, and doing odd jobs all over the county! He is husband to Judith and dad to two girls (now grown up) and on his down time (in the good weather) you’ll find him on a bowls green.
Matt works in the building sector and is meticulous when it comes to planning, documentation and procedures. Without his input over the covid pandemic we would have been in a muddle. He is brilliantly organised and in his spare time loves spending time with his family and watching F1.
Bob is a husband and a father. He has been our church treasurer for some time now and does a brilliant job. A faithful servant of the church we’d be lost without him!
Guy enjoys the great Suffolk outdoors and has been a deacon at WBC for many years. He’s a husband, a father, and an all round fantastic human being. What he doesn’t know about engines isn’t worth knowing :).
Richard and his family live on the beautiful coastline of Felixstowe. Being one of our longest standing church members, Richard has seen lots of change over the years. He is incredibly hard working and turns his hand to anything.
